Here is my guide on how to memorise effectively:

Memorisation is about pattern recognition.

Let’s say the test requires me to memorise “mc341”. How do I memorise the last 3 digits easily?

1st clue: all digits are less than 5.
2nd clue: 1st digit is bronze position/3rd position
3rd clue: consecutive number after 1st digit
4rd clue: last digit is either 1 or 2.

So, going by 2nd clue, the 1st digit is “3”.
By 3rd clue, it will be “34”.
By 4th clue, it will be either “341” or “342”.

So, the answer should be 341. Hence, memorisation is about pattern recognition and giving yourself clues.

Fire approach: I am angry and confronts my friend. I eventually punched him without listening to reason.

Ice approach: It is not that serious. Don’t care so much. Ask the bicycle back from him. Also, tell him in a friendly but strict tone that this is not acceptable and he should ask for my permission. 

Plant approach (used after fire approach): I regret because my friend has a good reason. I apologise to him the next day and try to recover our relationship. 

Fire approach: Things are getting too serious. I become impulsive and emotional. I am destructive and angry.

Ice approach (counter fire approach defensively): Things are not that serious. Cool down and use a logical approach.

Plant approach: Recovery and healing. Use after fire approach destroys everything. Grow back life forms.

Definition of friends
a person with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically one exclusive of sexual or family relations.

I think outside of dictionary meaning, friends are simply people that you happen to know and like to a certain extent.
Friends are not the same as siblings or anyone with blood relationship to you. Friends are also not romantic in nature. An ex-husband and ex-wife could never be friends.

Friends are outsiders that you happen to know very well. A friend is basically converted from stranger.

Me, my brother and my sister can never be friends. Cos we are siblings. Sibling is bounded by blood ties naturally. Whereas friendship is forged through time, not by birth.

Even though human beings are the most intelligent species on this planet, we still have fundamentally weak body constitution.

We evolved from animals and are still in the midst of evolution. We ran out of energy when we work too hard. We can only have three meals a day, no matter how rich we are.

A much more capable species than us can have the following advantages, both in body and mind:
1. Able to have five meals a day (meaning enjoy life even more!)
2. Able to fall in love 5 to 7 times (We can only fall in love 2 to 3 times in our limited lifespans.)
3. Twice the amount of intelligence than us
4. Three times more body stamina than us
5. Able to live for 200 to 300 years, meaning they experience aging much slower than us (They have a longer and happier childhood than us)
